Today we’d like to introduce our Senior Executive Sales Leader, Katie Rusidill. She’s the ring leader of our sales representatives and a prime example of what Team Carue loves most about doing what we love.
Here’s what Katie has to say:
How did you decide that Weddings By Carue was right for you?
I found Weddings by Carue when I was planning my own wedding. I had a vision in mind for my invitations, but couldn’t find anyone online that would customize their stationery to fit my vision. I also loved the idea of working with an actual person for my invites. After my wedding, I was so impressed with Weddings by Carue’s capabilities and loved working with them so much, I decided to join the team and help brides with their wedding stationery.
What do you love most about the wedding industry?
It is always changing and there is a new trend every season. It’s fun to stay connected with this every changing and growing industry.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I love working with couples and helping them set the tone for their wedding through their invitations. I also love that we make it so easy for them, it is a huge stress reliever when they get to check invitations off their planning checklist.
When you aren’t working, what’s your favorite thing to do?
Spend time with my husband and our dog, Otus. We love to go boating, watch the Cubs and Hawkeyes, and relax with friends.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Still spending time with my family and loving what I am doing
Who is your ideal couple/client?
I love working with clients who have unique ideas for their invitations and are looking for something completely custom and one-of-a-kind.
Who do you feel you can help the most?
A totally stressed out bride that wants to take things like save the dates, invites, and programs off her plate and give this task to someone she can trust to get it done and make them look great!
What is your favorite invitation style?
I love the laser cut designs and I also really like the watercolor trend right now.
